Senior Housing for 62 and older, we also offer disabled housing as well. Alexander Harvey is subsidized by Hud and our apartments are designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Senior Living

Our spacious 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. We have a fitness center and we offer planned social activites for residents!

Management & Security

Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Your family is important to us, you can rest assured with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
